Round One: Open Audition Information

Tuesday, May 8 at 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.
Wednesday, May 9 at 8:00 - 10:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 10 at 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.

Be prepared to sing 16 bars of music.
An accompanist will be provided.
No a cappella or CD's please.
Headshots are preferred but not required.
Everyone auditioning will be notified via Email as to their status.
Due to adult subject matter and explicit language only performers 18 and older may audition.

Round Two: Call Back Audition Information

Wednesday, May 16 at 8:00 - 10:00 p.m.

Basic Puppetry workshop for any actor auditioning for the role of Princeton/Rod, Kate, Trekkie/Nicky & Lucy.

Basic group puppetry instruction and choreography will be provided based on the Avenue Q theme song.

Thursday, May 17 at 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.

Final Callback Audition for all puppeteers and human actors.

Prepare a 1 minute snippet song performed in character and by your character with accompaniment.

Friday, May 18

Cast is Announced

Rehearsals will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday starting May 22nd.

All performers must sign an agreement to abide by the policies set by the Board of Director's of M.A.D. Theatre of Tampa, Inc.

Performance dates are August 9-12 & 16-19
